- Booking & appointment information: details about your pet, appointment preferences, vaccination records and veterinarian contact information, collected through MoeGo, our third-party booking platform.
- Payment information: payments are processed securely through MoeGo. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
- Contact information: your name, phone number or email address when you call, text or email us.
- Usage & analytics data: anonymized information about how visitors use our website (pages visited, time on site, traffic sources), collected through Google Analytics.
- Technical data: basic technical information such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically when you visit.
2. How we use your information
- Schedule and manage your grooming appointments
- Communicate with you about your appointments, pet care and inquiries
- Process payments securely
- Improve our website and understand how visitors use it
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Third-party services
- MoeGo (moego.pet): our online booking and appointment management platform. When you book on our website, the booking form is provided by MoeGo, which collects and stores appointment details, pet information and payment data. Please review MoeGo’s privacy policy at moego.pet.
- Google Analytics: helps us understand how visitors use our website using anonymized usage data. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Google Maps: if you choose to show a map on a location page, it is loaded from Google and subject to Google’s privacy policy.
4. Cookies
Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to analyze traffic through Google Analytics. The MoeGo booking form may also set cookies needed for booking to work. You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect how parts of the website work.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it only:
- With the service providers described above (MoeGo and Google)
- When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, staff or animals

8. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
